NeedScan provides: (1) Reddit Demand Analysis - AI-powered two-stage analysis of Reddit content to identify market opportunities and user needs; (2) Demand Radar - rule-based scoring system monitoring 120+ subreddits to discover potential business opportunities; (3) Credit System - pay-per-use model where users purchase credits to access analysis features. New users receive 800 free credits upon registration. The information and analysis results provided are for reference purposes only and should not be considered as professional business, investment, or legal advice.
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks").
Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws (and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws) and treaties in China and around the world.

Our Services operate on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use our Reddit analysis features (2 credits per analyzed result, maximum 40 results per analysis). Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. We accept payments through our payment provider Creem, which supports major credit cards.

Billing and Renewal: If you purchase a subscription plan, your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless canceled. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel the applicable order. Subscription credits are granted monthly according to your plan.
Cancellation: All purchases are non-refundable unless required by law or covered by our refund policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. Unused credits from your subscription period will remain in your account.

Reddit content analyzed by our Services is publicly available information, and we are not responsible for the content posted by Reddit users. AI-generated analysis may contain errors or inaccuracies.
This product uses third-party AI models for analysis and processing. Content generated by these models may contain inaccuracies and is provided for reference only. This service does not represent or is affiliated with the AI model providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeedScan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (1) your use or inability to use the Services; (2) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers; (3) any errors or inaccuracies in the analysis results; (4) any third-party content or conduct.
